Gabrielle Gabrielli, Ph.D. is a cognitive psychologist, author, speaker and educator specializing in human performance technology and instructional systems design. She is CEO of Gabrielle Consulting, Inc. where her niche is using motivational strategies to improve performance. Gabrielle is a former faculty member at Florida State University’s Learning Systems Institute, where she was the Project Manager for a $6.2 million Department of Homeland Security grant to design and develop training for national port security personnel. She currently teaches Great Decisions in FSU’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and Digital Marketing in the Global Economy at Tallahassee Community College

Gabrielle earned her master’s in mass communication, media communication and marketing research and her doctorate in educational psychology and learning systems — instructional systems from Florida State University.
